The Cannon Moss Brygger Architects workplace environment can be summarized in one statement: we work, learn, serve and play together.

WORK
Staff members at CMBA are expected to work as a team. Our design process is highly collaborative, and we strive to give each person meaningful responsibility and participation. We encourage staff to discover their strengths and define their goals. CMBA utilizes many team meetings, and everyone is involved in interviews, client meetings, design charrettes, and construction site reviews.

LEARN
CMBA provides a formal mentoring system for its staff, as well as regular internal continuing education programs. We provide for staff development with continuing education costs, professional organization dues, and paid professional exams.

SERVE
CMBA staff members are both encouraged and expected to be involved in the community. Whether it is through community boards, service clubs, churches, professional organizations, or other venues, CMBA supports community involvement with time and finances.

PLAY
CMBA believes that playing together helps us work together. Once a month, the staff gathers for lunch and fun, which can include activities such as turkey bowling, pumpkin carving and paper airplane contests. We also gather for a Christmas party, a summer family outing, and an occasional barbecue at the boss's house.
